Terms of service
The deal, in language you should not need a lawyer to follow.

Who this is between
EventzNest, operating from Sai Nagar Colony, Road No. 1, Nagole, Hyderabad, Telangana 500068, and the business that opens an account. Where these terms say "you", they mean that business — not the individual person signing in.
What we provide
Access to EventzNest for the modules included in your plan, at your own subdomain, for as long as your subscription is current. We host it, keep it running, back it up, and fix it when it breaks.
Trial
30 days, full features, no card required. At the end of it you either start a paid plan or the account stops — we do not auto-charge, because there is nothing to charge. Nothing is deleted the moment a trial ends; ask and we will export it for you.
Paying
- Plans are billed in advance, in Indian rupees, exclusive of 18% GST.
- A GST invoice is issued for every payment, downloadable from your account.
- Billing is currently handled directly rather than through a payment gateway — we record the payment and your term extends from it.
- Reminders go out 15, 7 and 3 days before expiry. If a subscription lapses, access is blocked but your data is not deleted — renew and it is all there.
Your data is yours
You own everything you put in. We hold it to run the service for you and for nothing else. You can export the lot at any time without asking. If you leave, tell us and we delete it.
We will not hold your data hostage over a billing dispute. Export works whether or not your subscription is current.
What we ask of you
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and give each staff member their own account.
- Have the right to hold the personal data you put in — particularly for students who are minors, where that means the parent's consent.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email through your connected account.
- Do not attempt to access another business's data. It will not work, and we will notice.
Uptime, honestly
We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans, and we would rather say so than print a number we cannot enforce. We monitor the service, we fix outages as a first priority, and we will tell you when something has gone wrong rather than hoping you did not notice. Enterprise agreements can include a written SLA.
Ending it
- You, any time. Tell us. We stop billing at the end of your current term, and you take your data with you.
- Us, rarely. Only for non-payment after reminders, or for use that is illegal or endangers other businesses on the platform. You get notice and an export either way.
Liability
We are a small company and cannot accept unlimited liability; our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. That said, we do not disclaim responsibility for our own bad faith, and we will not hide behind this clause to avoid fixing something we broke.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, you get notice by email before it takes effect, and you may end your subscription rather than accept it.
Governing law
Indian law, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
