Start 30-day trialPricing
Flat plans, in rupees.
Your price does not rise as you grow — no per-student or per-customer charge, unlike most of the alternatives. Each plan includes a generous total volume, and upgrading raises the cap rather than a surprise bill. All figures exclude 18% GST, and every payment gets a GST invoice you can claim input credit against.

For context
What the alternatives cost.
These are good products. They are also priced for North American businesses, in dollars, with per-student billing — which is a different problem to the one an Indian caterer or academy owner has.
| Product | Listed | In practice | Roughly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zen Planner | $49–199/mo | $400+ once the add-ons you need are included | ≈ ₹35,000/mo |
| Caterease | $130/mo | plus a $1,000 setup fee | ≈ ₹11,500/mo + ₹88,000 |
| Martialytics | $69/mo | scales with active students | ≈ ₹6,100/mo |
| Kicksite | $49/mo | scales with active students | ≈ ₹4,300/mo |
| EventzNest Growth | ₹3,499/mo | flat — no per-student charge (250 bookings/customers included) | ₹3,499/mo |
Dollar conversions are approximate and move with the exchange rate. We list them because the comparison is fair on features, not because we are pretending to be the same product.
Questions
The ones we actually get asked.
Does the price go up as I grow?
The plan price itself never scales with usage — unlike competitors who charge per student or per customer. Each tier does include a total cap on bookings, customers and quotations (100 on Starter, 250 on Growth, unlimited on Professional) rather than a monthly allowance — it does not reset each month. If you are approaching it, upgrading raises the cap instead of a surprise bill. You only move plans for more staff seats, more volume, or modules from a higher tier.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access stops and nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Nothing is deleted either — start a plan and it is all still there, or ask us to export it and we will.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment, downloadable from your account. Prices on this page exclude 18% GST so you can see the base figure you are claiming input credit against.
How do I actually pay?
Directly — bank transfer or UPI — and we record it against your subscription. There is no card-on-file gateway yet, which also means there is nothing to auto-renew without you deciding to.
What if I stop paying?
Reminders go out 15, 7 and 3 days before expiry. If it lapses, access is blocked but your data is untouched. Renew and everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
A one-time ₹4,999 covers data migration, setup and a training session — waived entirely on annual plans and for founding customers. It is refundable in full before that work starts.
My industry is not catering or academies.
The platform underneath is industry-agnostic and already built — tenancy, roles, billing, PDFs, email, exports and reports. Adding an industry means building its modules on top, which is exactly how academies happened. Tell us what you run.
