Refunds
When you get your money back, and when you do not.
Last updated 3 August 2026
Try it before you pay
The 30-day trial is full-featured and needs no card. Almost every refund question disappears if you use it properly — set up your real menu or your real batches, run a week of actual work through it, and decide from there. We would rather you cancel on day 28 than pay and regret it on day 35.
The standard position
Plans are billed in advance for a fixed term. If you cancel part way through a term, the service runs until the end of it and we do not refund the unused portion — that is the trade for the lower monthly rate on longer terms.
Where we refund anyway
These are not exceptions we make grudgingly. They are the deal.
- We billed you wrongly. Charged twice, charged after you cancelled, charged the wrong plan — refunded in full, and we will find it ourselves where we can.
- We could not deliver. If the service is unusable for an extended period through our fault and we cannot fix it, you get the affected period back.
- You paid for something that does not exist. If we told you a feature worked and it does not, that is on us, not on your reading of a pricing page.
- You paid annually and left in the first 30 days. Full refund, no reasons required. Twelve months is a long commitment for a small business to make to a small vendor.
The onboarding fee
Where a one-time onboarding fee applies, it covers real work — data migration, setup and a training session. It is refundable in full before that work starts, and not afterwards. It is waived entirely on annual plans and for founding customers.
GST
Refunds include the GST charged. Where a GST invoice has already been issued, we raise a credit note against it so your own filing stays clean.
How to ask
Email info@eventznest.com or messageWhatsApp. We aim to respond within two working days and to process an agreed refund within seven. There is no form and no retention script — you will be talking to the person who can actually approve it.
