Connect your own email account and quotations, receipts and reminders go out from your business — not a generic platform address. Credentials are encrypted, and we never show them back to you.

Onboarding
A new business is set up with its industry template, its modules and its own admin account — provisioned automatically, not configured by hand.
Subscriptions
Plans, expiry dates and renewals, with reminders at 15, 7 and 3 days and an automatic block on expiry. Monthly through yearly, or a custom term.
Invoices
A GST invoice PDF for every subscription payment, downloadable by you at any time. You paid for it.
Backups
Point-in-time recovery on the database, with a written restore runbook — including how one business is recovered without touching the others.
