The platform
Built like software you would trust with your money.
Every industry on EventzNest shares one foundation — isolation, roles, billing, documents, email and reporting. It is the part that takes years, and it is finished. Adding an industry means building its modules, not starting over.
What you get
Six things most software at this price does not do.
Roles that take effect immediately
Owner, Manager and Staff. An event coordinator can plan bookings without seeing revenue reports or cost sheets. Roles are checked on every single request, so revoking someone ends their access on their next click — not the next time they log in.
Owner / Manager / Staff · enforced per requestMail from your address, not ours
Connect your own email account and quotations, receipts and reminders go out from your business — not a generic platform address. Credentials are encrypted, and we never show them back to you.
Per-tenant SMTP · AES-256-GCMDocuments that look like yours
Quotations, booking confirmations, chef menus and payment receipts, all generated as PDFs carrying your logo and details. Receipts have their own numbered series, and refunds get a separate one so your receipt run has no visible gaps.
RCP- and REF- series · your brandingReminders that send themselves
Payment receipts on the spot, event reminders ahead of the date, and a nudge when a balance is still outstanding. Every one is opt-in, off until you turn it on, and logged so a failed send is visible rather than silent.
Opt-in per business · delivery loggedA full history of who did what
Every quotation status change, payment, refund and settings edit is recorded against the person who made it. Users are deactivated rather than deleted, because their authorship is real history.
Activity log · never destructiveYour data leaves whenever you want
One click exports everything — customers, menu, quotations, bookings, payments, expenses and activity — as a multi-sheet Excel workbook. Deletion is equally complete, and equally available.
Excel export · full delete on request- Onboarding
- A new business is set up with its industry template, its modules and its own admin account — provisioned automatically, not configured by hand.
- Subscriptions
- Plans, expiry dates and renewals, with reminders at 15, 7 and 3 days and an automatic block on expiry. Monthly through yearly, or a custom term.
- Invoices
- A GST invoice PDF for every subscription payment, downloadable by you at any time. You paid for it.
- Backups
- Point-in-time recovery on the database, with a written restore runbook — including how one business is recovered without touching the others.
Your industry
The foundation does not care what you sell.
Tenancy, roles, billing, PDFs, email, exports and reporting are industry-agnostic and already running. A new industry is its own modules on top — which is how martial arts academies went from nothing to live.
