Scan a card. Attendance is done.

Printable QR ID cards, one-tap attendance with absentees marked automatically at class end, belt gradings with a full history per student, fees that chase themselves, and certificates on demand.

Flat pricing — your bill does not grow with your student count.

A student's QR card is scanned and marked present; a second scan of the same card is rejected as already marked.

The flagship

Attendance in the time it takes to walk in.

A trainer with a phone at the door, or a tablet on a stand. No register, no roll call, no evening spent copying names into a book.

Valid cardMarked present, with the time. The class count updates as you go.
Scanned twiceRejected, showing when they were already marked. No duplicate record.
Unknown cardRejected clearly rather than silently creating something.
Inactive studentRejected, with the reason — so a withdrawn student is not quietly attending.
Wrong batchFlagged, so a student walking into the wrong class is caught at the door.
Never scannedMarked absent automatically when you end the session. No end-of-day catch-up.

Every one of those cases is built. We list them because the difficult part of attendance is not the successful scan — it is the six things that happen instead.

Grading

A belt history that survives the instructor leaving.

Grading exams, per-student results, and a permanent record of every promotion — who examined, on what date, to what rank.

Your academy starts with a standard white-to-black ladder, and you rename, reorder or extend it to match how you actually grade. A pass promotes the student and writes the history entry in one action, and the certificate is generated from that record rather than typed again.

The rest of it

Everything else an academy runs on.

Students, properly recorded

Photo, date of birth, parent contact details, branch, batch and current belt. Each gets a student code and a QR card you can print and laminate.

Batches and trainers

Class schedules with capacity, and the sensei who runs each one — with their own belt rank on record.

Multiple branches

Separate locations with their own batches, trainers and fee structures, without separate logins or separate spreadsheets.

Fees that chase themselves

Set a fee structure per branch or academy-wide, monthly through yearly. Overdue reminders go out on their own, and receipts are numbered.

Tournaments end to end

Registrations by category, results, placements — and certificates generated from the result rather than typed again.

One log of every message

Every email sent to a student or parent, with its delivery status, in a single auditable place.

Modules

Everything in the academy template.

Switched on per academy, so a trainer's navigation only shows what they work with.

For context

Your price should not punish you for growing.

Kicksite starts at $49/month and Martialytics at $69, both scaling with active students. Zen Planner lists from $49 but realistically runs $400+ once the add-ons a real academy needs are included. All in dollars, all built for a different market.

30 days, every feature, no card. Enroll your actual students, print their cards, and scan a real session — that answers the question far better than a demo call.
