Changelog

What actually shipped.

In the order it happened, going back to the first working line of tenant isolation. Every entry here is something real — not a roadmap, not a press release.

  1. Academies, end to end

The full academy vertical: QR attendance with every real-world case handled, students with printable ID cards, belt grading with a permanent history, certificates generated on demand, fee management with automatic reminders, tournaments, and a single log of every message sent to a parent.

  2. Your data, provably yours

Full export and permanent deletion on request. Three staff roles — Owner, Manager, Staff — enforced on every single request, not just at login. Isolation between businesses tested across every module in the product, not just the ones built first. A documented backup and restore runbook, including recovering one business without touching any other.

  3. Mail that looks like it came from you

Connect your own email account and quotations, receipts and reminders go out from your address, not a shared one. Payment receipts, event reminders and balance-due nudges now send themselves — opt-in, and logged so a failed send is visible rather than silent.

  4. Billing that runs itself

Subscription plans with automatic renewal reminders 15, 7 and 3 days out. A booking calendar showing every confirmed event by day. Full subscription and payment history, with usage counts, in one place.

  5. Onboarding in minutes, not a support ticket

A guided setup wizard — details, modules, review, done. Every business sees its own name and logo everywhere, including on every PDF, from the moment it is created.

  6. A real console for running the platform

Company management, module control per business, and a full audit log of every action taken — who did what, and when.

  7. The foundation: one business cannot see another

Multi-tenant architecture where every business gets its own database schema, not a shared table with a column telling them apart. This is the decision everything else on the platform was built on top of.

Before this: the single-tenant Devaki Caterers application this platform was built from. See the platform page for what all of it adds up to today.

We are small enough that a founding customer's feature request gets built, not filed. Start a 30-day trial or tell us what you need.
